An "Almost Equipment-less" Workout for You

Here is a great workout for you to try that requires no equipment besides a jump rope.



Do the listed number of repetition for each of the following exercises:

50 double-unders

40 air squats


30 push-ups


20 sit-ups


10 burpees




That is one round.  Now do it 2 more times!  See how quickly you can complete all 3 rounds.

  2. Absolutely! Jump ropes take up almost NO room and can make a workout way more interesting!

    I did this workout today. Took me 17.5 minutes to complete and I was EXHAUSTED.
